Performance Task: Physical fitness assessments Physical activity program Materials: Physical Fitness Record Stop watch Mat (optional) meterstick weighing scale tape measure PE Attire - White t shirt & jogging pants/leggings/ rubber shoes /  Space  PRE- REQUISITE :   -You will perform the Physical Fitness Test -This is to test your strengths and weaknesses with regards to your fitness level. -Please be reminded that this is NOT a competition nor a basis of getting a higher grade if you achieve or reach a higher score.  -This is to assess the needed activities to be done for the next lesson.
