Welcome Back to School school Year 2021-2022

Every time a new school year opens, I am excited to announce it to my students. I am basically looking forward to meeting new learners whom I could share my knowledge and expertise in teaching.  Being in this university for 19 years. It has been my holy ground who molds me to a better version of myself of what I am now. My students, co teachers , administrators and family are the source of my strengths which I had persevere to teach all these years.  To this batch of academic year 2021 - 2022 which in time of this online remote teaching and learning. Let us be together to do excellence in every endeavor that we will be facing. Let us not this pandemic hinders our goal to learn and relearn for the betterment of our future.  Laban lang!  Thank you for reading and commenting.. .  

My Freediving Journey - How did I started

Freediving?  At first , when I read one of the signages in Moalboal , "Freediving". I've really thought of - really, is it for free when you dive!? with a grinned face. Then here comes, the island hopping thing. In Moalboal, they have rich in wide variety of corals and sardines run which you can enjoy. But that time January of 2018, I didn't enjoyed it. You know why? I couldn't swim that much. I wore a life vest. Obviously, if you have a life vest. 3 Ways to Make your Mom Happy

Being a mother is the true essence of being a woman. It's the most tough job that every mother ever encountered. Every seconds a mother must have to instill values to her children. Wash every clothes, clean the house, do the grocery (which we love most!), cook for the family, doing all the household chores, planner, organizer, builder, first aider, and everything. It's a 24 hour job without any overtime but there is no complain coming from a mother's mouth for she loves her family so much. Today, it's high time to give her a break. Here are some practical ways to celebrate the Mother's Day without spending too much. 1. Let her be the Boss this day. Free the mother from household chores. Let her just sit down and giver her a massage. Cook food for her or you can serve a breakfast on bed. 2. Make a paper flower and a card. There are lots of tutorials in the internet how to do it. 3. Invite her and all the rest of the family members to attends mass. During
