Neo LMS - Yay Or Nay

LMS is an abbreviation of learning management system. It is a type of platform wherein mostly schools now a days used it to deliver the lessons, learning materials, tools and instructions for the students. It also has features where teachers could assess his/her learners.

This school year, University of Cebu uses the NEO LMS. Hearing the new type of LMS, I immediately browse and read the features of NEO. After I read, one of the features that caught my eye was the gamification. I am excited to try it.

Then the training comes and I am so much interested to learn about it how it goes. After that, I created a sample gamification incorporated in my formative assessment. (I'll still need to furnish it). Though it is not the same as the game you expect like genshin impact or mobile game, but adding a mechanics or set up where you can give an award to the student after they accomplish the task. That reward could be a point, badge or certificate. This is to give motivation for the student to do good or better in his/her activities/lesson.

There were several trainings conducted. After which I realized, that it is far better than the previous lms we had last year. Though, I am still in the process of exploration and navigation but I am pretty sure that it is easy create and implement.

Now if you will ask me, is Neo LM is a  yay or nay?

its YAY! Explore the following videos below on how to navigate it.
